Geography

At Wygate Park Academy, geography education is fully inclusive to every child. Geography is, by nature an investigative subject and our aims are to fulfil the requirements of the National Curriculum for the subject. Geography teaching at Wygate Park Academy gives all pupils a comprehensive understanding of the world around them as well as their place in it, whilst supporting children to provoke and provide answers to questions about the natural and human aspects of the world. We pride ourselves on our creative learning environment and purposeful classroom displays that enhances and promotes the children’s curiosity.
